### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility series to another, ensuring constant movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up for a strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for keeping your body working efficiently and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
