### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll flow fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring constant movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a more comprehensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
