### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring continuous movement the entire time. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is vital for optimal movement and to prevent injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
