During this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up before a more strenuous strength training session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
