### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping our movements consistent throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a longer warm-up before a strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end.
