### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate some static stretches. If you’re using this as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
