#### What to Anticipate in This Session
In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in several static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a longer strength training workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
