### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the class. Toward the end, we will add in a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength session, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility training is crucial for preserving a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
