### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the body remains in motion the entire time. Near the end, we’ll include a few static stretches to enhance the work. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for movement.
Mobility training is vital for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you’ll probably experience better performance in your other workouts as well.
