### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll continuously transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll incorporate a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more prolonged strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
