Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

This class will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping you in motion continuously. Towards the end, we will include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, you can skip the static holds at the end if you wish.
