### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll include a few static stretches to really enhance hip openness. However, if you are utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.

Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining a body that operates efficiently and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you will also see improved performance in your other workouts.
