#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll glide through a series of hip mobility routines, transitioning smoothly from one sequence to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or initiating a more extensive strength training session, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll probably observe better performance in your other workouts too.
