### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, maintaining a dynamic movement throughout. As we approach the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you intend to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for preserving a body that operates at its best and remains free from injury. As your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts as well.
