In this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches to deepen the benefits. However, if you intend to use this class as a warm-up before a longer strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
