#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring ongoing movement the entire time. Near the conclusion of the class, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you plan to use this class as a thorough warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous activities.
Mobility training is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
