### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you are utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
