#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. As we approach the conclusion, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength training session, I’d suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is crucial for ensuring a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you may find that you perform better in your other workouts as well.
