For me, part-time positions served as a connection between these two realms, assisting me in managing my finances whilst gaining insights into the UK market from a marketing and customer experience angle. My initial and most cherished position was as a MORA Content Creator within Imperial’s central marketing department. Being compensated to generate content for a prestigious university felt surreal and positively influenced my year.<\/p>\n

Collaborating with the MORA team to produce content that reached over 700,000 individuals through Imperial\u2019s social media platforms was a dream come true. This position offered unanticipated chances, such as interviewing prominent figures like Rishi Sunak and Akshata Murty. None of this would have been possible without embracing that first opportunity. Managing work alongside classes necessitates organization. I scheduled shifts when my class load was lighter. Your degree remains the priority, but a well-selected part-time job can enhance your studies. My marketing coursework felt more relevant when applied in practical jobs.<\/p>\n

Throughout my Master\u2019s, I experimented with various roles such as waiter, event manager, barista, and bartender. Each position imparted something distinctive.
