For me, part-time employment served as a connection between these two realms, assisting in financial management and offering perspectives on the UK market, particularly through a marketing and customer experience lens. My initial and preferred position was as a MORA Content Creator within Imperial’s central marketing team. Being compensated to generate content for a prestigious university felt surreal and positively influenced my year.<\/p>\n

Joining the MORA Team as a Content Creator<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Collaborating with the MORA team to create content for over 700,000 individuals across Imperial\u2019s social media platforms was a dream come true. It entailed narrative construction and sharing the student journey, learning institutional messaging, and grasping the tone and authenticity that connects with varied audiences.<\/p>\n

This position presented unforeseen opportunities, including interviews with notable figures like Rishi Sunak and Akshata Murty. None of this would have materialized had I not seized that initial chance. The MORA team is nurturing, supportive, and affords a creative atmosphere for experimentation. Balancing work with academic commitments necessitates organization. I arranged my shifts during weeks with a lighter class load. While your degree is the priority, a thoughtfully chosen part-time job can enrich your educational experience. My marketing assignments gained greater significance when I could see these principles applied in real-world positions.<\/p>\n
