My initial and favorite position was as a MORA Content Creator with Imperial’s central marketing team. It felt surreal to be compensated for creating content for a prestigious university, and the experience greatly influenced my year.<\/p>\n

Contributing to the team and producing content viewed by over 700,000 individuals across Imperial\u2019s social media channels made working with the MORA team a fantasy. In this position, I encountered opportunities I never dreamed of, such as interviewing notable figures like Rishi Sunak and Akshata Murty. This wouldn\u2019t have occurred if I hadn\u2019t taken that initial small opportunity. The MORA team is friendly, supportive, and promotes creative exploration. If you are passionate about storytelling and wish to be involved in engaging content projects, this is among the finest part-time positions at Imperial.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that most part-time employers look for reliability, initiative, and a friendly demeanor, not merely experience.<\/p>\n

Balancing work and academic responsibilities requires good planning. I accepted shifts only when my class schedule was lighter. Your education is the priority, but a well-chosen part-time job can enhance your studies. My marketing coursework became more relevant when I recognized those concepts in actual job settings.<\/p>\n
