Being genuine and expressive is important, but refrain from being excessively detailed. Polished or generic replies offer little insight. I documented my experiences, lessons, and errors, then refined my draft progressively. Seek feedback from someone you trust for a fresh viewpoint on your statement.<\/p>\n
