#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Sequence

In this session, we will seamlessly transition through a range of hip mobility drills, flowing smoothly from one to the next. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up prior to a more extensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static stretches at the conclusion.
