#### Glutes & Hip Mobility Flow

In this session, we will seamlessly transition through a sequence of hip mobility exercises, moving fluidly from one routine to the next. Toward the end, we will add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, you might want to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Integrating mobility work into your routine is essential for maintaining optimal body function and minimizing injury risk. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you may see improvements in your performance during other workouts as well.
