In this session, we’ll transition effortlessly from one hip mobility drill to the next, maintaining a fluid movement throughout the entire class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a couple of static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.
