### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Session**
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping a constant flow throughout the session. Towards the end, we will add in some static stretches. If you are using this class as a thorough warm-up prior to a longer strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for optimal movement and avoiding injuries. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you are likely to notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
