Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll glide effortlessly through a variety of hip mobility sequences, ensuring that the movement remains fluid. Towards the end, we’ll take it slow with a few static stretches. If you’re participating in this class as part of a warm-up for a longer strength session, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
