The subsequent realization is the unique professional environment, where work, communication, and creativity are interpreted differently than in one’s home country.
For me, part-time employment served as a bridge between these realities, aiding in financial management and delivering perspectives on the UK market, particularly in the realm of marketing and customer experience. My inaugural and most cherished position was as a MORA Content Creator within Imperial’s core marketing team. Being compensated to produce content for a prestigious university was extraordinary and had a positive effect on my year.

Assisting the team and generating content for over 700,000 individuals across Imperial’s social media platforms was a dream come true. This role involved crafting narratives and portraying the student journey, mastering institutional communication, and grasping the tone and authenticity that resonates with varied audiences.

**Juggling work and studies**
Managing work alongside classes requires careful planning. I arranged shifts during periods when my academic workload was lighter. Your degree should take precedence, but a suitable part-time position can enhance your studies. My marketing classes became more relevant when applied to actual work scenarios.

Throughout my Master’s, I experimented with different jobs such as waiter, event coordinator, barista, and bartender. Each position offered unique insights.
