Documenting all I had accomplished during my undergraduate studies, including modules, projects, societies, and extracurricular activities such as volunteering, was beneficial. I thought about my work in data visualization, my interest in media and AI, and my leadership experiences. I connected these experiences to each prompt rather than employing generic phrases. Instead of writing, ‘I am passionate about data,’ I emphasized specific projects and experiences, detailing how they shaped my interests and goals.
Being genuine and expressive is essential, but steer clear of excessive detail. Refined or generic responses don’t offer much value, especially when AI-generated responses may sound alike.
