### What to Anticipate in This Class

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout our session. Towards the end, we’ll take a moment to slow down with some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a more thorough strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
